How do I unlock premium features?
Tap "Upgrade to Premium" from the home screen or profile page. Choose Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime and complete the purchase through the App Store.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Ask PAL Aid isn't responding — what do I do?
Ask PAL Aid requires an active internet connection. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app.
How do I download guides for offline use?
Premium users can download all guides by going to the Premium Features section on the home screen, tapping Offline Mode, and tapping "Download all guides".
How do I generate my ICE QR code?
First fill in your medical profile (blood type, conditions, emergency contact) in the Profile screen. Then tap ICE QR Code to generate and share your code.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PAL Aid Premium → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
Is PAL Aid a replacement for emergency services?
No. PAL Aid provides general first aid guidance only. Always call emergency services (999, 112, or 911) in a life-threatening situation.
